who we serve

  • We welcome young people aged 8-18 who have an intellectual disability, physical disability, and/or a chronic illness.

  • Our process for placing young people in the right program for them is highly individualized and may vary on a case-by-case basis.

  • When enrolling your child, you will fill out a thorough questionnaire about your child’s diagnosis and unique needs. A Family Experience Coordinator will support you through the placement process.

  • Our top priority is the safety and comfort of all park attendees.

  • The below list outlines the populations we primarily serve. If you do not see a particular condition or have a question about whether your child qualifies, don’t hesitate to reach out to us at info@possibilities-park.com .
