who we serve
We welcome young people aged 8-18 who have an intellectual disability, physical disability, and/or a chronic illness.
Our process for placing young people in the right program for them is highly individualized and may vary on a case-by-case basis.
When enrolling your child, you will fill out a thorough questionnaire about your child’s diagnosis and unique needs. A Family Experience Coordinator will support you through the placement process.
Our top priority is the safety and comfort of all park attendees.
The below list outlines the populations we primarily serve. If you do not see a particular condition or have a question about whether your child qualifies, don’t hesitate to reach out to us at info@possibilities-park.com .
